Transferring the software to a new machine TN-W12

If you ordered using your own email address, then you can request serial numbers and download links by email.

To re-install the software on a new Mac or PC:

Mac

1. Delete the application from the Applications folder on the old Mac
2. Copy the application to the Applications folder on the new Mac

Windows

1. Uninstall the software on the old PC first using the:
   • Add/Remove Programs Control Panel on Windows XP
   • Programs and Features Control Panel on Windows Vista
   • Uninstall a Program Control Panel on Windows 7 or later
2. Reinstall the software on the new PC

Windows to Mac

1. Uninstall the software on the old PC first using the:
   • Add/Remove Programs Control Panel on Windows XP
   • Programs and Features Control Panel on Windows Vista
   • Uninstall a Program Control Panel on Windows 7 or later
2. Copy the application to the Applications folder on the new Mac

Mac to Windows

1. Delete the application from the Applications folder on the old Mac
2. Reinstall the software on the new PC
