Google Webmaster Guidelines Search Engine Guidelines
These guidelines help Google find, index, and rank your site. Google strongly encourage you to pay close attention to the Quality Guidelines, which outline some of the illicit practices that may lead to a site being removed from the Google index.
Rules

- Google cannot follow javascript:URLs
- JavaScript redirects may be penalized

- No meta description tag
- Use dashes instead of underscores in URLs
- Sneaky redirect scripts are penalized
- Hidden single pixel links may be penalized
- Invisible text may be penalized
- Bad neighborhood keyword found
- Page title is not unique
- Text in graphics cannot be indexed
